Funny Eden One but why don't these idiots ever comment on the sisters with their tight skirts and jeans? We have an elders wife who's ass is huge and you can see her butt cellulite dimples through the tight clothes she wears. Yet, when the CO is in town, it's back to baggy dresses for the week he is in town. If you saw her husband, it's quite understandable as to why she does this. She thrives on attention.

Maybe if bethel didn't reward the bethelites with vollyball sand courts, tennis courts, miniature golf course, pizza ovens, indoor swimming pools, hiking trails, gyms, music rooms where they can jam, basketball courts, tractor hay rides, guard dogs turned into pets to play with, ball hockey, ice hockey, skating rinks with their very own zambony, green houses to fart around in and play with their two little kittens, then maybe they would come back to work when the lunch bell rings. But instead they wouldn't be coming back into the building until 1:30(lunch is over at one) and would still have to go and get changed before they went to their jobs.
On the one beautiful fall day the sisters took the smaller tractor out with the wagon and took a bunch of them on the back of the wagon and rode around all afternoon to kill time. There was nothing to do. I thought then why didn't someone get down their backs and say go door to door if the preaching work is so important. Some would be late starting the afternoon due to playing the piano and singing. These people have no concept of what the real working world is.
I guess it would be hard to be on time when you are given all this along with no one having to cook your meals, wash your clothes, clean your rooms ect,,, It becomes a habit of taking everything for granted when you don't know what it would really cost if you had to work for all these things and have to pay for all of it. Yet, there are some really hard workers there too that do appreciate what they have.
There's also the afternoon naps that older ones are entitled to. This is only some of the things we saw there that made me shake my head as to WTF! The older bethelites were always complaining about the younger ones getting away with being late yet they were entitled to nappy times. If they had to get their hair done, then it was done during work hours as well. Just a totally different world there. Their loads are light even when they are working. That's a whole other story.

When did you start getting ANGRY?
by Separation of Powers inwhen i started the fade....i recognize that i was upset, mainly because of the desillusionment.
but, over the course of the past several months, i am noticing an increasing anger toward all thing org.
it can only be described as indignation, not simply upset.

I guess it started when I found out it was a lie. The sites, the trinity brochure by Snarky on youtube. I handed many of those brochures out telling people that we have nothing to hide and if they want to look up the sources, that it was all in that mag. Felt like I had been taken for sure. Sold our company which was making us good money. Got disowned and disinherited from the inlaws. Lost all our worldly friends and spent out enough on donations, service, and working at the bethel. The worse was the lies, the stalking and how they slandered our reputation during and after our leaving the org.
We're in our mid fifties, live out in the middle of nowhere, and are reliving/restarting our lives over again. We put up a shop and started a new business which is doing well. Two of our old worldly friends came back into the picture which was truly the definition of forgiveness since we let go of everyone. Parents are still at odds but that will take a while. We have one family who aren't in the cult anymore and we see them from time to time. Really weird process for we are replacing what we loss the second time around now.
When it comes to family, I am still angry that they have control over them which still affects me. I can never get rid of the cult totally. They have no right to interfere when it comes to personal bornin family ties. It's so wrong on so many levels.
My anger only flares up when I run into someone who tells me what the elders did to them on account of us. The guy whom the elders were protecting and not wanting to df told us that they first told him to go along with their decision on public reproving him so he did but they wouldn't tell him what it was for. Then he runs into someone a couple of months later and they informed him he was announced as df'd. When he called the PO, the coordinator told him it was out of his hands and not to bother him anymore. So the guy went to the co and the co told him he had to go with what ever the elders decided. It didn't surprise me but confirmed again how wicked these guys are. So wicked that they took advantage of this man to suite their own perverted agenda. This guy is truly mentally unbalanced and was railroaded as well. Sad part is he really wants back in. He said if they told him to jump off of a bridge, he would. Elders love these kinds of people. We could not be like this guy nor like the ones who wanted to stay and act like fifteen year olds. So bizarre.
There are so many different stages to what ever you call this that you go through and on a daily basis. There's not a day that doesn't go by when you think of all what you have lost like family and friends, you automatically think of the cult. The very thing you are trying to let go. People are never the same after whether for the good or the bad.
Because of all that stress, two years later I am dealing with physical health issues. Would I have stayed in had I known the fall out of all what we have gone through? Not on your life. There's nothing like having your freedom. We were always decent people and always will be. It's just going to take some time and then we'll see where we go from here. Definitely, we will never join any religion or organisation ever again. That we know for sure one hundred percent.
We wish you all the best in your journeys.

Zeb, I hope she challenged the will as well. As my lawyer told me that since my name wasn't mentioned out of five of his kids, I could challenge it. If he had left me change, then I couldn't. I was the only one who was not a jw so I was dead to him. My lawyer did send out two letters to my brother who had recieved most of everything. My jw brother wouldn't release the $3,500.00 that was left to my handicapped sister so after two years of holding on to it, my lawyer threatened to take him to court. They finally gave it to her. We didn't have to pay a cent for the lawyer for he did this free out of his time due to the fact my sister was not in a state mentally or physically to fight for what was hers.

From A Bublical Point Of View Did You Ever Think The Trinity Doctrine Made Sense?
by minimus ini see no logic in it.
i see what appears to be some scriptural contradictions but i see no merit in a trinitarian view of god.. .

No different than society saying that Jesus, Abbadon and Michael are the same. Just follow the trails of breadcrumbs that are in the bible. So we were told and to never question what the faithful slave has taught us. That if we questioned it, then we have to question our faith since these are some of the things we can't see but have to believe in. So, in other words it's a mystery just like christendom who believe in the trinity.
Same filthy candy but with a different candy wrapper!(as JW.Org/Watchtower & Bible Tract Society/ Bible Students would say)

Love her. She just recently did an interview with Cedars. You can be comfortable sitting and listening to her. Imagine what she would have been like going to the doors:)

Back at yah, Grace. You are one of a kind and truly glad we are able to have met. You know that if you are ever in need of anything to never be afraid of asking. My husband was glad to have met you and so for him it was a bitter/sweet visit. I don't care if this cult wanted to kick us in the head even though I had recieved a letter recently having them ask us to come back and repent but when he saw you, a helpless little ole lady that reminded him of his grandmother, it broke his heart. Your daughter in Quebec is missing out big time. This cult will have alot to answer for.

One Day assembly in Arizona- $17,000 !!
by AndDontCallMeShirley ini heard from a reliable source that a one-day assembly in arizona last weekend had a "cost" to the publishers of $17,000.. predictably, the elders were nice enough to obligate the attendees to a $6,000 donation to wt before the assembly "costs" (i.e.
"rent/extortion) were even met.
$11,000 rent plus $6000 in extra "donations".

traditionaloven.com actually states for some pizzas, no more than one and a half to two minutes and it's done. And yes, they come out with a crisp crust. They also do loaves of bread which is what they will really benefit from instead of using the kitchen. And it's a brother who has been asked to put them in. They are hoping to get them into most bethels. But at this bethel it was under thirty seconds.

Talsin we were there when it was being built and we were there when they used it. Don't call people liars before you see it yourself. We saw it!!!!!!! I expect words like that from the dimwits from within, not here. Or maybe I guessed wrong.
